Wholistic Nutritionist, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner

You can contact Kira at or 407-718- 1800.

Kira Vinikas currently holds a Master of Science in Integrative Nutrition from National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM). The diverse curriculum focused on not only the scientific content of food, but the use of food as medicine to help the body heal. Before she moved to Portland she obtained a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Business Management from University of Miami. The two degrees together support her business and health mindset which allows her to create an environment her clients will flourish in. Kira believes that we all have the capability of changing our lives and our health as long as we set our mind to it. She encourages her clients to take life in their own hands and guides them along the way to feeling better within their own body. Wholistic Nutrition is not a one size fits all approach. Therefore, she offers a wide range of individualized care in weight management, gut dysbiosis, candida, diabetes, hypertension, and allergies.

She has been around natural health her whole life and grew up with two healthcare practitioners as parents. Her father is a Doctor of Holistic Medicine. Her mother is a Midwife. Good nutrition was ingrained into her since childhood. She understands that food can be your best medicine or worst enemy and changing your diet can change your life!

She is a strong believer that diet and physical activity are the elixir to the Fountain of Youth. Therefore, she is a certified Yoga Instructor and loves to help open peoples mind, body, and soul through the practice of movement and breath. She is a Reiki practitioner and works with people to heal energetically. She says "There are many modalities to heal ourselves and it's your choice to go down one path or many paths."
