My approach to therapy involves a focus on mindfulness while incorporating a variety of other, evidence-based techniques to best suit client needs. In sessions this means clients will have the opportunity to process thoughts, emotions, and events in a safe and respectful environment as well as learn and practice useful skills to help improve overall wellbeing and increase satisfaction in relationships. Relationship and communication difficulties, parenting help, anxiety, healing from past experiences, life transitions, and personal growth are within the scope of my practice. I also provide a safe space for LGBTIQA identifying individuals and couples and welcome all spiritual/religious beliefs.
